We use Firebase Authentication for login and account management.
This may include:

  • Login identifiers (Firebase UID)

We do not store passwords directly.

b. Payment & Subscription Data

Payments and subscriptions are processed via:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

We do not collect or store:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Bank details
  • Payment credentials

All payment data is handled securely by Apple, Google, and their payment partners.

c. App Usage & Functional Data

STI – Sanctions & Trade Intelligence

  • Search queries may be processed through Swoop Gateway
  • Search history is stored locally on the user’s device
  • We do not centrally store or profile sanctions searches

Calculators & Tools

  • Maritime calculators are processed in real time
  • No calculator inputs are stored unless explicitly stated

d. Course & Learning Data

The Understanding Bunker Trading Course is hosted on a third-party LMS.
That platform may collect:

  • Course progress
  • Quiz responses
  • Completion status

SetSailGo only receives high-level access or completion status, not detailed learner behavior.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data to:

  • Authenticate users
  • Manage subscriptions and access
  • Deliver app features and learning content
  • Improve platform performance

We do not sell personal data.
